It is an independent platform, not affiliated with the Archaeological Survey of India, UNESCO, or any government tourism body.
We work to keep monument timings, entry fees, and historical details accurate and cite credible sources where possible. However, ticket prices, opening hours, and site access rules are set by the relevant government or site authority and can change without notice. Always verify critical details (timings, closures, fees) with the official site or ASI before traveling — Histurica is a planning aid, not an authoritative source of record.
Our AI Guide answers questions using a system grounded in cited historical sources, but like any AI system it can still make mistakes or misinterpret a source. AI responses should be treated as a starting point for research, not a definitive historical or legal authority.
Monument pages may include links to third-party hotel, restaurant, and taxi booking services (such as Booking.com, Zomato, Uber, or Ola). These are provided for convenience and may be affiliate/referral links — Histurica may earn a commission if you book through them, at no additional cost to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the pricing, availability, safety, or service quality of these third parties. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Monument photography is sourced from Wikimedia Commons contributors under CC BY-SA licensing, or original photography, as credited. Historical text drawn from cited academic and archival sources remains the intellectual property of those original authors/publishers where applicable; our summaries and AI-generated synthesis are provided for educational use.
Histurica is provided "as is." We are not liable for travel decisions made based on information from the Service, for the conduct of third-party providers linked from the Service, or for losses arising from site closures, price changes, or inaccuracies beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
